Subscriptions are shipped during the first week of every month, and are shipped without tracking. Some orders of individual pairs of socks may also be shipped without tracking if that's the method you chose at checkout. Untracked shipments are not insured.

If your order has was shipped with tracking you will receive an email with this information. Any shipping issues must be raised with the carrier directly. We can help point you in the right direction, but we are not able to assist further than that. Believe us, we've tried. The carriers need to deal with the recipients.
